ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT

The one bedroom apartment has a size of about 40 square metres and has been designed for two persons. Families are sometimes using it with four persons as the leather couch in fact is a sleeper. There is a comfortable area for living, dining or working with a table which can be unfolded to double its size. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop panel and microwave. The sleeping area has two single beds. The bathroom with shower has its own window for better ventilation. The whole apartment has floor heating which can be steered seperately for the different areas (living, sleeping, bathing). In an own storage room (next to the bathroom) you may deposit your suitcases or shoes and will find things like an electric iron, ironboard or vacuum cleaner.

» Dining or working

The table can be unfolded to double the size. The view through the two large windows goes into the garden. The windows have electric shutters to secure dark sleeping at any time of the day.

» Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pan and so on and provides a dish washer, microwave, glass-ceramic cook top panel. The fridge has a extra compartment for frozen food.

» Sleeping

In the optically seperated sleeping area you’ll find two full size single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). The TV is connected to a cable provider and for watching your own films you may use the seperate DVD player.

» Garderobe

In the small corridor right hand side of the kitchen you will find a garderobe with three compartments and from the corridor you go into the bathroom or into the storage room.

Apartment was bright and cheery, very comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed. Ludwig was a wonderful host – very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Tübingen, and I would recommend it to others! Nice location too – a short walk to the bus stop.

This is a basement type studio, which is well equipped and very functional, and exceptionally clean. Very easy to go to Tuebingen downtown with local bus (10 minutes walk and 5 minutes bus ride). Main shops (bakery, groceries, pharmacy) within walking distance. The owner gave us the warmest welcome and ensured we had everything we needed to settle into the place. We will rent again this property for our next trip to Tuebingen, and we would most surely recommend it to future travelers. Thank you for the great vacation !!!

This one bedroom apartment offered everything I could have hoped for: it is comfortable, well furnished, tastefully decorated, and very well looked after. The location is quiet, yet offers easy access to Tubingen’s town centre and all major academic institutions. A short walk brings one to several bus routes, a bank and a small group of shops. Only a little further away lie the Botanical Gardens and the vast forests of the Schönbuch nature reserve. Highly recommended!

Sehr saubere UG-Wohnung in gediegener und ruhiger Vorstadt-Atmosphäre, an weniger sonnigen Tagen etwas dunkel. zu Fuss sind Innenstadt, Supermarkt und Bus gut erreichbar. Küchenzeile top ausgerüstet, Begrüssungsgetränke bei Ankunft, immer ein freier (gratis) Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr nette und unaufdringliche Vermieter, guter Preis, gerne wieder. Der Fernseher hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, allerdings war ich ja nicht unbedingt zum fernsehen da 😉

Wohnung im Untergeschoss, merkt man kaum. Sehr ruhig, alles neu gemacht. Alles hat funktioniert. Liegt dicht an Wald, trotzdem zentral, man kann gut in die Innenstadt laufen. Auch gute Busverbindung. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Vermieter feundlich und distanziert. Das Preis – Leistungsverhältnis ist korrekt.
